Midland Park CRC is part of the Christian Reformed Church in North America. This denomination has its roots in the Protestant Reformation of the 16th century. We have a high view of the Bible, as the authoritative Word of God for our lives and ministry. We emphasize that salvation is a work of God's grace in our lives--that our only hope and comfort in life and in death is that we belong to our faithful Savior, Jesus Christ.The Reformed faith appreciates the breadth of Christ's lordship over every part of life and society, so we seek to bring all areas of life into submission to Him--home, church, school, work, society, etc. And we recognize that all believers are "priests" of God, called to use their gifts of time, treasures, and talents to serve Christ's kingdom.
